Contacted them at 13:30 about a blocked drain. An engineer attended at 16:00 and within 30 mins the blockage was cleared. Pricing was clear with no nasty surprises and the engineer was diligent and did a thorough job. People on the phone were great and the email updates worked well. Would use again - the best testimony.
